Indian citizens are over confident about their capability of getting job done by appointing substandard leaders over whom after electing they have no control. Then what remains with the citizen just to crib and criticize using media which also most of the time suffers from the same disease as fourth pillar. I get perturbed when read the criticism about leadership, their performance. Why citizen elect the leaders to govern them? Why do not they appoint them for governance? If they fail fire them.
So long as the value of votes will remain same for awakened citizen & sleeping citizens, the leaders will be imposed by sleeping citizens. Then what is the solution? The intellectuals who criticize the governance & crib around the performance of leaders should put even half of the energy in nominating good leaders for elections, the matter will be solved.
